**Sierra Vista Historical Society**
Jude will present one of the "Amazing Arizona" series of lectures at the Henry F. Hauser Museum for the Sierra Vista Historical Society. The rich mix
of cultures in nineteenth century Arizona resulted in diverse communities and isolated societies, interracial marriages, and discriminatory legislation.
What was acceptable and what was not, who was permitted to marry or not, and the unique challenges children of these relationships faced will be the subject
of Jude's talk.
